The role:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts with a primary focus on supporting sales. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and engaging with our followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to support our marketing and sales goals. Furthermore, you will also create and implement campaigns for a variety of channels including marketing automation through our CRM platform HubSpot.

As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies, inbound marketing, marketing automation and social media trends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to creatively express our company's views are essential. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving high levels of web traffic, and fostering customer engagement.

You will be our first Social Media Manager and it's important that you are self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking initiative and working independently without constant instructions.

This position is available as either a part-time consultant/freelancer or an employment opportunity ranging from 50% to 100%. We are a remote first team with HQ in Stockholm.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Drive inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
  • Target, approve and optimize potential clients for marketing automation to generate leads
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, events, and related news).
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Propose and implement activities to build brand awareness
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience of B2B marketing.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, images and videos)
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot
  • Proficiency in editing and recording film material
  • Startup experience is seen as a plus.
  • Copywriting skills in Swedish is seen as a plus.
